A permanent exposition is prepared for visitors to the monument, on the life and works of this important Brušperk native. The displayed exhibit is lent by the Museum of Beskydy in Frýdek-Místek.
Dr. Vojtěch Martínek (*11. 4. 1887 - + 25. 4. 1960) was a pedagogue, writer, literary critic and important representative of cultural life in the Ostrava region. He lived in Ostrava Hrabůvce, but he liked to return to his birthplace. Martínek dedicated a number of verses and the historical novel "Stavy rachotí" (Conditions rattle) to his hometown.
The monument also includes an exposition dedicated to other significant natives: musical composer Jožko Matěj, teacher and musical composer František Palkovsky, visual artist Bohumil Fiala, director and playwright Vilém Vitekr.
